As a Graduate Engineer in theSystem Solution Team (SST), you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration between software andelectronicshardware in Dysons next-generation products. Our teamis responsible forvalidatingevery software release against the latest hardware platforms, ensuring that product features perform reliably and meet the highest standards of functionality and robustness.

About the role

As a Graduate Engineer in the System Solution Team, you will be contributing to the validation of Dysons next-generation products, ensuring seamless integration between software and electronic hardware. You will be working closely with experienced engineers to support the development and execution of test strategies thatvalidateproduct features, performance, and robustness across different system configurations.

In this role, you will be building your technical capabilities by supporting the development of automated test solutions using tools such as LabVIEW,TestStand, National Instruments DAQ, and Python. You will be involved in running both manual and automated tests, collecting and analyzing data, and using insights from real system behavior to helpidentifyissues, improve product quality, and enhance testing efficiency.

You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams including electronics, firmware, and product engineering to understand requirements and ensure they are effectively translated into testable solutions. Through this exposure, you will gain a strong understanding of system-level validation and how different components interact within a complex product environment.

Aboutyou

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline

  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, with exposure to system-level thinking and problem-solving

  • Familiarity with programming or scripting (e.g., Python) and an interest in automation or test development

  • Basic knowledge of electronics, embedded systems, or software-hardware integration through academic projects or internships

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and troubleshoot technical issues

  • Good communicationskills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment

  • Attention to detail anda strong senseof ownership towards quality and reliability
