System Support Engineer

Working days: 5 days Normal shift

Networking/Operating/Storage Knowle min experience understanding Networking ,

Bachelor's in computer science

What is network firewall

what is protocol

Good understanding of Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, basic troubleshooting).

- Good knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows and/or Linux).

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office 365), including:

- Outlook

- SharePoint

- User account administration

- Basic Microsoft 365 administration tasks

- Experience with Outlook data management, including:

- OST/PST files

- Email backup and restore

- Understanding of Outlook services and related troubleshooting

- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.

- Basic understanding of system support rather than advanced configuration or implementation.

Preferred Profile:

- IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer / System Support Engineer.

- Experience in handling user issues related to Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and SharePoint.

- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with users
