System & Vision Engineer

Qualificaiton

Proficient in development languages including C#, WPF, Java and Python.

Skilled in vision libraries such as VisionPro, Halcon and OpenCV; experience in AI deep learning projects is preferred.

Proficient in PC-based motion control (axis control cards, I/O modules, etc.).

Familiar with the evaluation and selection of hardware including cameras, lenses and light sources; able to provide feasibility evaluation solutions based on customer requirements.

Possess strong teamwork spirit and ability to work under pressure.

Able to travel domestically and internationally for work, with basic oral English communication skills.

Familiar with the operation and debugging of one type of AGV.

Responsibility

Conduct optical evaluation in the early stage of vision projects and deliver feasibility assessment reports.

Develop and debug vision programs, and carry out on-site deployment and handover.

Develop motion control and robot programs.

Optimize over-rejection and under-detection issues of appearance inspection equipment on site.

Compile software operation manuals and provide on-site training for customers.

Perform on-site commissioning of AGV and AMR systems.
