What success looks like in this role:
Performs analysis and systems design for a variety of applications. Analyzes procedures and systems to refine their formulation and converts them to programmable formats. Gathers information from users for analysis of problem areas. Participates in or may plan and conduct preliminary studies of potential data processing applications and prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs. Develops detailed system specifications for conversion to programming language by staff programmers. Technical support Analyst, this role supports our clients standard ticket management for Unisys supported systems as well as supporting first level support desk. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, provide fixes, research and document new errors as well as administer technical systems to support the clients requests and changes.
Key Responsibilities
- To Develop, Design and Maintain Software Programs and Web Applications using C#, ASP.net. MVC, .net Core framework and MSSQL according to client requirements and specifications.
- Perform coding, testing and documentation in line with the requirements.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Maintain software quality and provide support in term of technical issues.
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle.
- Participate in estimating effort for the work assigned within agreed upon delivery timelines in the team.
- Work closely with the development team and testing team upon delivering development work.
- Post implementation support and on client site implementation is required upon delivering of software that sits in client side.
- Software release manager for all release implementation in the company.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Key Qualifications
- 3-4 years of working experience in software development field.
- Possess at least Degree, in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Good knowledge with programming language particularly in .NET Framework C#, ASP.net, MVC
- Good knowledge with web technology HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, jQuery. .Net Core, API
- Knowledge in using a relational database such as Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with Windows app and Web development
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in the application.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong team player who able to communicate ideas well and gets along with others easily.
