• Bachelor's degree in business management / information technology or equivalent.
• ITIL
• Minimum 8-10 years in IT management, projects, process, change or business analysis role in service or vendor-based organisation or banks/ financial institutions
• Experience in implementing multiple IT projects in a dynamic and complex environment
• Hands-on experience in programming
• Experience in implementing Reconciliation systems (optional)
• Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary and regional environment (optional).
