Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Functional professional with strong expertise in Oracle EBS Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Fast Formula.
The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and supporting Oracle HRMS solutions, troubleshooting functional issues, performing development and unit testing, and supporting business users in adopting solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on Oracle EBS Functional Modules, primarily Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Provide hands-on support for Absence Management and Fast Formula.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HRMS solutions.
- Perform solution design, development, troubleshooting, and unit testing for standard and customized solutions.
- Support business users during month-end close activities.
- Investigate and resolve functional issues related to Oracle HRMS modules.
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coach and guide business users and team members on solution adoption.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth implementation and support of HRMS solutions.
- Maintain a strong focus on solution quality, accuracy, and business requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of experience in Oracle EBS Functional Modules: Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Strong hands-on experience in Absence Management and Fast Formulas.
- Support business during month-end close activities.
- Analyze business requirements, perform design, development, troubleshooting, and unit testing for standard and custom solutions.
- Coach business users and team members on solution adoption.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
