Role Summary
We are seeking an EUC SME to lead endpoint health improvement programmes across a large device fleet 2000 devices The role combines deep Windows OS expertise automation engineering and the SysTrack platform to detect diagnose and remediate enduser experience issues at scale while translating technical outcomes into managementready reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automation pipelines for endpoint detection and remediation across the fleet
- Administer and tune the SysTrack platform sensors health scores alarms and environmentwide settings
- Build and customize SysTrack dashboards and integrate SysTrack Pulse with ServiceNow connector setup incident mapping workflow automation
- Author structured test plans use cases test cases passfail criteria and validate remediations before production rollout
- Execute query building package deployment and remediation at scale via Tanium and Microsoft Intune
- Diagnose and resolve Windows OS issues Group Policy Kerberosauthentication services and scheduled tasks certificates and searchmemorycache
- Produce executivelevel reports translating health scores alarm trends and remediation outcomes into business language
- Maintain runbooks deployment records and versioncontrolled script artifacts
