About The Role
We're looking for a TA Tools & Process Excellence Specialist to help optimize how Talent Acquisition operates across our organization.
This role is responsible for supporting and improving the recruitment technology ecosystem while driving process consistency, documentation, and operational excellence across the hiring lifecycle.

What You'll Do
- Support and optimize Talent Acquisition tools and platforms.
- Manage user support, system enhancements, testing, and issue resolution.
- Improve workflows across ATS, sourcing, scheduling, CRM, AI, and recruitment tools.
- Create SOPs, process maps, templates, and user guides.
- Drive process consistency and best-practice adoption.
- Deliver user training and enablement.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and vendors to improve operational effectiveness.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across Talent Acquisition.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruitment Operations, HR Operations, or similar functions.
- Experience using ATS or recruitment technologies.
- Strong documentation and process improvement capability.
- Systems-minded with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, technology-enabled environment.
