Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (rotational)
- Weekends: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Mode: WFH (1 month)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Taiwanese & English proficiency (spoken & written)
- Minimum 6 months of customer support experience (any industry)
- Strong communication & customer service mindset
- Problem-solving & critical thinking ability
- Able to stay professional and calm under pressure
- Open to feedback & continuous improvement
- Computer literate; typing speed ≥40 WPM, accuracy ≥90%
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone & email
- Assist customers with orders, payments, and inquiries
- Ensure accuracy & confidentiality in handling customer data
- Resolve issues or escalate when required
- Collaborate with team to improve service quality
- Meet performance targets & follow company policies
