Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Taiwanese Customer Service (Taiwanese Mandarin) role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The role involves handling customer inquiries and requests in Taiwanese Mandarin via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses. The individual will support customers by resolving issues, providing product and service information, and escalating complex cases when necessary. Daily responsibilities include maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, adhering to quality and compliance guidelines, and accurately documenting interactions in the relevant systems. The role also requires collaboration with team members and leaders to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
- Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction and deliver a positive Customer Experience.
- Professional communication skills, including good Phone Etiquette and clear spoken and written communication.
- Fluency in Taiwanese Mandarin and good proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Previous experience in contact center or customer service environments, preferably in digital or tech-related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for shift work as required by business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems; willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in any field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
