Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Takaful Advisor based in Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility to work from home. The Takaful Advisor will be responsible for identifying and understanding clients financial needs, providing suitable Takaful solutions, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional service to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the advisor will engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated on industry trends and products.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Takaful, Insurance, and Financial Services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
