Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Takaful Advisor based in Kuantan, with some flexibility for remote work. The Takaful Advisor will be responsible for building relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their financial goals, and recommending appropriate takaful solutions. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, educating customers about takaful products, generating leads, and maintaining consistent follow-ups. Additional responsibilities involve staying updated on industry trends and achieving sales targets through ethical and professional practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of financial products, takaful policies, and industry regulations
• Sales and marketing expertise, including lead generation and client acquisition techniques
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency in local languages and a good command of English
• Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; prior experience in financial services or takaful is an advantage
