Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Takaful Advisor based in Kuantan, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Takaful Advisor will be responsible for understanding clients financial and protection needs, offering suitable Family Takaful products, and building long-term relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, providing expert advice, and consistently staying informed about evolving health and protection solutions to deliver exceptional service. Collaboration with team members, and achieving sales and customer service targets, will also form part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and understanding of financial security, insurance products, and Takaful solutions
• Client relationship management skills, including listening, empathy, and effective communication
• Goal-oriented mindset, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• High level of professionalism and commitment to ethical practices in line with shariah principles
• Proactive learning attitude for keeping updated with the latest industry and product trends
• Diploma or higher qualification.
