Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Takaful Advisor, based in Petaling Jaya, with flexibility to work remotely part-time. The Takaful Advisor will be responsible for providing personalized financial and takaful solutions, building lasting relationships with clients, and achieving business targets through effective client engagement. The role also includes understanding clients needs, presenting suitable products, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Sales, customer service, and relationship management experience
• Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and active listening abilities
• Proficiency in managing time efficiently and working independently in a hybrid setting
• Adaptability, consistency, and self-motivation to meet targets and goals
• Familiarity with the takaful or insurance industry is advantages.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fields is preferred
