Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Takaful Advisor with Zurich Takaful, based in Kuala Lumpur with opportunities for some remote work. The Takaful Advisor will engage with clients to understand their financial planning needs and provide suitable Islamic financial solutions such as Takaful plans, investment options, and retirement schemes. Daily tasks include prospecting potential clients, establishing relationships, conducting financial analysis, and preparing suitable proposals. The advisor will also participate in regular coaching sessions and team meetings to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Sales, customer relationship management, and client acquisition experience
• Knowledge of financial planning, Takaful products, and investment solutions
• Adaptability to hybrid work settings and the ability to manage time effectively
• Proactive attitude and motivation for personal and professional growth
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related fields is preferred
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Experience in financial advisory, consultancy, or similar roles is advantageous
