Role Description

The Future Leader Program is a full-time hybrid role based in Kuantan, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Participants will engage in program management activities, strategic leadership tasks, and operational oversight to cultivate skills for future leadership roles. The role requires coordination across teams, conducting training and workshops, and providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders. This position also emphasizes data analysis and using insights for decision-making while fostering robust communication and collaboration for achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Program Management skills, with strong organizational capabilities to oversee and deliver impactful initiatives
• Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess business trends, and make informed decisions
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in Training to develop and enhance skills in others
• Customer Service orientation to provide excellent experiences and nurture relationships
• Innovative mindset and adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related fields
• Prior experience or demonstrable potential in leadership roles is an advantage
