Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Takaful Agent based in WP, Kuala Lumpur, with some flexibility for remote work. The Takaful Agent will engage potential clients, provide tailored financial and protection solutions, and build long-term relationships with clients. The role involves analyzing client needs, explaining Takaful benefits, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the agent will provide ongoing support to clients and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Sales expertise with a proven ability to achieve targets
- Knowledge of financial planning and insurance products, particularly Takaful services
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
- Relevant insurance certifications or qualifications are an advantage
