Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Takaful Consultant located in WP. Kuala Lumpur with some work from home acceptable. The Takaful Consultant will be responsible for providing takaful advisory services, developing tailored takaful plans, engaging with clients to understand their financial needs, and ensuring clients receive top-notch customer service. The role also involves conducting market research, staying updated with industry trends, and achieving set sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advisory and customer service experience
- Knowledge of takaful products and financial planning
- Sales acumen and ability to meet targets
- Market research and trend analysis skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the takaful or financial services industry is a plus
