Role Description

This Takaful Consultant position is open for full-time or part time takers, on-site position based in Melaka. The consultant will engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored takaful and insurance solutions. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting needs analysis, offering personalized protection and investment plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Consultants will also participate in team meetings, training, and professional development initiatives to enhance expertise and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Salesmanship and advisory skills, including the ability to present and recommend suitable financial products
• Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple clients and tasks efficiently
• Basic understanding of financial products, particularly takaful and insurance, is an advantage
• Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional language skills are a plus
• Willingness to continuously learn and attend training programs to grow in the role
• Minimum requirement: Diploma qualification or equivalent; higher education or relevant experience is a plus
