Role Description
As a Takaful Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and providing tailored takaful solutions to customers, fostering trust and long-term relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, managing client portfolios, delivering presentations, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuantan, where you will also contribute to building a strong customer base while meeting performance targets.
Qualifications
- Sales, communication, and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of takaful principles, financial planning, and Islamic finance
- Time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in analyzing customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Self-motivation and results-driven mindset
- Minimum qualification is SPM in related field
