Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Takaful Consultant. The Takaful Consultant will focus on identifying clients financial, health, and protection needs, providing tailored Shariah-compliant takaful solutions to address those needs. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting consultations, explaining takaful products, and assisting clients through the onboarding process. Additional tasks involve staying informed on industry updates and market trends, as well as achieving personal and team targets.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of takaful or financial products is a plus
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets
• Experience or familiarity with Islamic finance principles and practices
• Proficiency in digital tools; basic understanding of sales tools and technology
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for supporting clients financial goals
