Role Description

The Takaful Advisor is a full-time and part-time role based on-site in Kuantan. As a Takaful Advisor, you are a financial protector. Your goal is to help clients secure their future by providing Shariah-compliant insurance solutions (Takaful) tailored to their specific needs.

- Consult & Protect: Identify clients financial needs and recommend the right Takaful plans.

- Educate: Help people understand the importance of Shariah-compliant financial planning.

- Build Relationships: Maintain long-term trust and provide ongoing support to your clients.

- Drive Growth: Participate in sales campaigns and meet performance targets.

- Stay Sharp: Keep up with the latest market trends and product updates.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer engagement skills including the ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable takaful products.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills to build and maintain trust with clients.
• Self-motivation, time management and goal-setting abilities to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Proficiency in market research and staying updated on financial trends and takaful product knowledge.
• Prior experience or knowledge in financial services, insurance or takaful is an advantage.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English with additional languages being an asset.
• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent. Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business or a relevant field is a plus.
• Strong ethical standards and understanding of Shariah principles will be considered an added advantage.
