Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Takaful Consultant role located at the Royal Selangor Polo Club. The Takaful Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling takaful products to meet the financial planning needs of clients. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The consultant will also identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and stay updated on the latest takaful products and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills
• Sales and negotiation experience with an ability to build long-term client relationships
• Basic understanding of takaful and financial products; willingness to undergo training
• Proficiency in using digital tools for research, reporting, and client communications
• Result-driven mindset, with organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the insurance or takaful industry is advantageous
