Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Takaful Consultant, with a primary location in Petaling Jaya and the flexibility for remote work. The Takaful Consultant will be responsible for providing tailored financial planning services to clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting syariah-compliant financial products. Day-to-day tasks include assessing clients financial goals, offering advisory solutions, and ensuring exceptional client experience while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
• Knowledge of financial planning, syariah-compliant practices, and takaful products
• Ability to assess clients needs, analyze financial situations, and provide tailored solutions
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used in financial services is preferred
• Customer service experience or sales background is advantageous
• Possession of a diploma or degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
