Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Georgetown, with flexibility for some work to be performed remotely. The Takaful Representative will engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored takaful solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting needs assessments, presenting takaful products, and achieving designated sales targets. The role also involves educating clients on takaful benefits and managing necessary documentation efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships and present solutions effectively.
• Sales and customer service skills with an ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple clients and tasks.
• Knowledge of financial planning or takaful/insurance products is a plus.
• Proactive mindset, with aptitude for learning and career development.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are advantageous.
