Role Description

This is a full-time, part-time, or internship opportunity for a Takaful Sales Consultant based on-site in Petaling Jaya. The role involves identifying client needs and providing tailored takaful and insurance solutions to meet their requirements. You will engage with potential and existing clients, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and build lasting relationships. You will also provide expert consulting on products, offer professional guidance, and contribute to overall business development goals.

Qualifications

• Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to provide clients with tailored takaful and insurance solutions
• Excellence in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive experience for clients
• Strong Communication skills to effectively convey information and build relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and work as part of a dynamic team
• Previous experience in sales, insurance, or takaful is an advantage but not required
• Ability to learn and adapt to new products and market trends quickly
