Job Description

Day to Day

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ETL jobs using Talend to support enterprise data integration requirements.
Build scalable data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple data sources into target systems.
Develop and maintain UNIX shell scripts and SQL scripts to support ETL workflows and batch processing.
Design, configure, and administer ETL job scheduling using Autosys.
Perform complex data transformations using Talend components and SQL queries.
Develop and optimize SQL queries for large datasets, ensuring efficient data processing and performance.
Support unit testing, UAT testing, and production deployments for ETL jobs.
Monitor ETL workflows and provide production support, troubleshooting job failures and resolving data issues.
Perform performance tuning and enhancements on existing ETL jobs to meet evolving system and business requirements.
Manage Talend server administration tasks, including job monitoring, deployment management, and runtime support.
Work closely with data architects, application teams, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable data integration solutions.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly production support as required.
