Job Description:

Assist in the Internship recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure data accuracy
Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with hiring managers for feedback collection
Participate in career fairs and hiring events when required
Liaise with universities and government partners to ensure initiatives roll out on schedule
Support employer branding activities, including content, events, and reporting
Research and benchmark branding trends to strengthen SPX's talent visibility

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology or related fields
Creative and passionate about branding and student engagement
Good writing and communication skills
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Organized, proactive, and able to work on multiple projects
Familiar with Canva or basic design tools is a plus
