About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Intern to support our recruitment operations. You will play an important role in expanding our talent pool by increasing job visibility, engaging with candidates, assisting with the application process, and monitoring recruitment activities.

What You'll Be Doing

Support Talent Sourcing

• Explore different channels and platforms to identify potential candidates.
• Gain practical experience in understanding the talent market and candidate behavior.

Improve Job Reach

• Assist in promoting job opportunities across relevant recruitment platforms and channels.
• Help ensure job vacancies reach suitable and relevant candidates.

Engage with Candidates

• Communicate with candidates professionally and assist them throughout the application process.
• Help create a positive and seamless candidate experience.

Track Recruitment Activities

• Maintain basic recruitment records and monitor candidate progress.
• Understand how candidates move through different stages of the hiring process.

Contribute New Ideas

• Suggest creative ways to improve candidate engagement and attract young and early-career talent.
• Share ideas that can enhance the overall candidate journey.

Who We're Looking For

• Education: Currently pursuing a minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Tech Skills: Comfortable using Google Workspace. Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms is an advantage.
• Target-Oriented: Comfortable working towards KPIs, targets, and measurable results.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
• Organization: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple candidate records and tasks efficiently.
• Attitude: Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
