Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition lead, the incumbent will be managing the APMEA market. Leading all aspects and coordinating all recruitment activities within the team/Direct Reporting Business Units. Includes managing a team of talent acquisition partners and specialists delivering recruitment targets, ensuring recruitment process is carried or efficiently and optimally.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and coordinate all recruitment activities, managing a team to meet recruitment targets efficiently.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business goals, structure, and recruitment needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Hiring Managers and HR partners.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and processes.
  • Mentor and manage a team of recruiters, driving performance and capability development.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pools, conduct thorough assessments, and improve recruitment processes.
  • Drive recruitment-related learning and development initiatives and stay updated on market trends.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, collaborating with HR and talent management to position the company as an employer of choice.

  • What are we looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a minimum experience of five (5) years in a related field.
  • Ability to understand business priorities and strategy and translate into recruitment plans.
  • Effective consulting and leadership skills; ability to interact with senior management, collaborate and build solid relationships with hiring managers, HR Partners and external third parties for synchronized, high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, negotiation skills & strong team work mind set.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills with a sound sense of urgency and high level of accountability.
  • Dedication to diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
  • Up-to-date intelligence of candidate market, talent trends and top sourcing channels.
  • Experience leveraging social media and professional networks to source talent
