Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Insights:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the marketing and advertising domain.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports on hiring metrics.
- Support broader HRBP initiatives, including onboarding, employee engagement, and performance feedback cycles.
- Ensure alignment of recruitment practices with company culture, values, and DEI goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the marketing, creative, or digital industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
