Talent Acquisition Associate

Contract position (6 months)

On-site

Job Insights:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the marketing and advertising domain.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports on hiring metrics.
  • Support broader HRBP initiatives, including onboarding, employee engagement, and performance feedback cycles.
  • Ensure alignment of recruitment practices with company culture, values, and DEI goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the marketing, creative, or digital industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
