As Talent Acquisition Business Partner , you will play a critical role in supporting the establishment and ongoing recruitment needs of our IT Shared Services operation in Malaysia. Partnering closely with regional and global IT leaders, you will deliver end‑to‑end recruitment solutions for specialist technology roles, ensuring we attract high‑quality talent in a competitive market.

How you'll help us grow

• Deliver full lifecycle recruitment for IT and digital roles within a shared services environment
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insight, talent mapping and hiring recommendations
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑find IT skillsets across applications, infrastructure, data and cyber
• Manage multiple roles simultaneously while ensuring a strong candidate experience. Comfortable working in high volume recruitment.
• Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition colleagues to align with Nufarm recruitment standards and processes
• Support workforce planning and recruitment reporting as the shared service continues to scale

Could this be you

• Proven experience as an IT specialist recruiter, either in‑house or agency, ideally supporting shared services or regional hubs
• Strong understanding of technology roles and the IT talent market in Malaysia
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a matrixed, global organisation
• Highly organised, proactive and delivery‑focused
