We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing and attracting top talent while aligning recruitment strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve the effectiveness of the hiring process and provide insights to the leadership team.
• Promote the employer brand and enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the SEA region.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and platforms, including social media, job boards, and networking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
