We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Talent Acquisition Business Partner to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment while also supporting employer branding initiatives that strengthen our talent pipeline and enhance the candidate experience.

What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
- Provide market insights and recruitment recommendations to support hiring decisions and improve talent acquisition outcomes.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and a seamless recruitment journey.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute employer branding initiatives, including career events, university partnerships, hiring campaigns, and social media activities.
- Create and promote engaging recruitment content to strengthen employer brand awareness and attract high-quality talent.
- Analyze recruitment metrics, talent market trends, and employer branding performance to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support talent attraction projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or related roles.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting employer branding initiatives such as campus recruitment, recruitment marketing, career events, or social media campaigns is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment data and market insights.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
