About the Opportunit

yOur client is a fast-paced listed company seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to their hiring needs

.This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who enjoys working closely with hiring managers, moving quickly, and taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment. You will play a key role in helping the business secure the right talent within tight timelines while maintaining a strong candidate and stakeholder experience

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from role briefing and sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates proactively through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels
  • Build strong talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs
  • Drive recruitment progress by following up closely with candidates and stakeholders to ensure fast turnaround
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements and business needs
  • Provide market insights to hiring managers, including talent availability, salary expectations, and hiring challenges
  • Manage multiple vacancies at the same time while ensuring recruitment timelines are met
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience
  • Leading talent engagement initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong hands-on recruitment exposure and with HR Generalist experience is as added advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise, influence, and follow up with hiring managers
  • Aggressive, resourceful, and results-driven recruiter who can move fast and close roles efficiently
  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage suitable candidates quickly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing hiring priorities
  • Good communication, coordination, and follow-through skills
  • Able to manage pressure, multiple openings, and tight deadlines independently
