Role overview:
This role sits within the Client Solutions team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and is responsible for managing the end-to-end talent supply function SEA/ANZ. You will own the sourcing, vetting and curation of consultant talent pools that support client needs and commercial outcomes across Southeast Asia or ANZ.
Key responsibilities:
1. Talent pool management and curation
- Build, maintain and refresh curated pools of pre-vetted independent consultants across regional and skills-based categories
- Source candidates through internal databases, LinkedIn, job boards and direct outreach - assessing profiles for relevance, quality and availability
- Conduct structured vetting calls with shortlisted candidates to assess availability, rate expectations, willingness to travel and role fit
2. Proactive talent outreach
- Identify strong candidate profiles from existing pools and recent activity that could be relevant to clients and proactively surface these to Sales without being asked
- Support Sales with curated talent recommendations for client outreach, proposals and new business pitches
3. Talent recruitment and market intelligence
- Run targeted talent campaigns using LinkedIn and other outreach tools to fill skill gaps in the regional talent pipeline
- Use market data, demand signals from Sales and internal platform insights to identify where supply does not meet client demand
- Work flexibly across CS priorities when required - including sourcing support for live requirements, screening calls, interview coordination and report writing
What are we looking for:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, client solutions or a similar function
- Preferably with experience recruiting high-calibre candidates, in terms of industry & seniority (strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity & high-growth start-ups; Director level to CXOs)
- Proven ability to source, assess and manage candidate pipelines with strong attention to quality and detail, communication skills and comfortable working with data and market signals
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach sequencing tools or similar platforms is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Able to work from the Kuala Lumpur office 3 days per week and authorized to work in Malaysia
