We do have an excellent position for a Talent Acquisition Consultant for out internal team.

Note: Immediate joiners preferred

Job description:

• Handle full cycle recruitment across multiple roles and industries

• Source candidates through FoundIt, Indeed, Linked In, and other recruitment platforms

• Screen and shortlist profiles based on client requirements

• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate suitability

• Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow up

• Maintain daily coordination with clients regarding feedback, open positions, and status updates

• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain updated trackers

• Ensure excellent candidate and client experience throughout the process Requirements:

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple mandates and deadlines

• Good understanding of sourcing tools and hiring platforms

• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
