Job Description

Role Overview

This role combines end-to-end Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and Employee Engagement responsibilities. You will be responsible for driving recruitment excellence, partnering with business leaders on people strategy, and strengthening employee engagement initiatives to support a high-performance and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and workforce planning
  • Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies
  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives across digital platforms
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities
  • Drive internal communication efforts to improve employee experience
  • Conduct engagement surveys and support action planning based on feedback
  • Organize employee events, town halls, recognition programs, and culture-building activities
  • Work closely with leaders to improve engagement scores and retention
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture across the organization

HR Business Partnering (20–30%)

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and disciplinary matters
  • Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
  • Drive HR initiatives aligned with business strategy and transformation goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, or Employee Engagement roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in FMCG or fast-paced environment is an advantage
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and influencing skills
