Requirements:
1. Strategy Planning and Implementation: Combine the business expansion needs of Southeast Asia, formulate medium and long-term regional recruitment strategies, undertake the talent echelon building goals deployed by the HR Deputy General Manager, decompose recruitment indicators for various countries, and promote implementation.
2. Recruitment System Construction: Optimize the end-to-end recruitment process, establish compliant recruitment standards and risk prevention and control mechanisms in accordance with local laws and regulations in Southeast Asian countries.
3. Senior Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment of senior executives at the director level and above, as well as core technical talents, build a map of senior talents in Southeast Asia, expand channels such as headhunters and industry circles, and coordinate background checks and offer negotiations.
4. Team and Channel Management: Lead the regional recruitment team, formulate KPIs and training plans; manage diversified recruitment channels, evaluate input-output ratio, and innovate localized recruitment models (such as school-enterprise cooperation, community operations).
5. Policy Adaptation and Collaboration: Dynamically interpret local visa new regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process; link business departments and the headquarters to solve cross-regional recruitment collaboration issues.
Qualifications:
1. Experience Requirements: More than 8 years of HR recruitment experience, over 5 years of recruitment management experience in transnational enterprises in Southeast Asia, familiar with the recruitment market characteristics of no less than 3 countries such as Vietnam, Thailand, and Singapore.
2. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related majors; candidates with overseas education or cross-cultural management experience are preferred.
3. Core Capabilities: Proficient in senior talent search skills and recruitment data analysis methods; strong policy sensitivity and compliance awareness; proficiency in English as a working language; candidates proficient in Southeast Asian small languages are preferred.
4. Professional Qualities: Strong pressure resistance, good industry reputation and talent resource reserves, able to adapt to the rapid expansion rhythm of overseas business.
