The Role: Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Shah Alam (Onsite), Permanant role
We are looking for a dynamic, high-volume recruitment specialist to build the operational backbone of our manufacturing and distribution network. You will lead the charge in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding skilled operators, technicians, and support staff. While you will touch professional hiring, your primary focus will be blue-collar talent acquisition—managing the full recruitment lifecycle for production, warehouse, and field operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full-cycle hiring process for operational roles—from crafting job postings to extending offer letters.
- Mass Hiring Execution: Drive large-scale recruitment through walk-in interviews, job fairs, and grassroots community outreach.
- Pipeline Building: Develop robust talent pipelines for high-turnover roles using job portals, employee referrals, and strategic agency partnerships.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews using practical, competency-based techniques tailored specifically for shop-floor and field environments.
- Seamless Onboarding: Manage offers, medical checks, and induction processes to ensure new hires hit the ground running.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with operations managers to understand shift patterns, skill gaps, and team culture.
- Retention Analytics: Track new hire performance and turnover, providing actionable insights to continuously improve retention rates.
The Ideal CandidateWhat We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in high-volume blue-collar hiring.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or retail operations is a strong advantage.
- Hiring Campaigns: Hands-on experience running walk-in sessions, campus drives, or community-based hiring events.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.
- Mindset: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where agility is key.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with job portals, social media sourcing, and basic recruitment management systems.
