We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment while partnering closely with Hiring Managers and supporting employee engagement initiatives across the Group.
What You'll Be Doing:
Talent Acquisition (End-to-End)
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across functions, seniority levels, and countries
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, talent search, and employee referrals
- Build sustainable talent pipelines aligned with business strategy, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Drive end-to-end hiring activities including:
- Requisition intake & sourcing strategy
- Phone & face-to-face interviews using Competency & Behavioural-based techniques
- Salary benchmarking, proposal preparation & approvals
- Offer management, medical checks & offer letter issuance
- Buddy assignment, welcome emails & onboarding coordination
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers as a trusted advisor, managing expectations before, during, and after interviews
- Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, especially during offer stages
- Use recruitment data, technology, and market insights to recommend diverse talent pools and effectively sell the employer brand
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in recruitment trackers and reports
Employer Branding
- Act as a brand ambassador for Khind Group as an employer of choice
- Ensure consistent and engaging job postings on platforms such as LinkedIn
- Strengthen candidate attraction through strong employer branding initiatives
