The TA Executive (Marketing) acts as the primary scout for GBR Group's creative and digital growth. This role is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of high-energy marketing professionals who will drive the KITSUI brand. You are expected to be a Talent Hunter who understands the creative landscape and can match technical skills with GBR's core values of Integrity and Drive.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Strategic Sourcing & Headhunting
- Proactively source candidates for specialized roles: Brand Executives, Video Editors, Content Creators, Digital Marketers, and Graphic Designers.
- Utilize non-traditional channels like Behance, Dribbble, TikTok, and Instagram to find creative talent, in addition to LinkedIn and JobStreet.
- Maintain an active Talent Bank of freelancers and full-time candidates to reduce time-to-fill for urgent vacancies.
B. Technical Screening & Evaluation
- Perform initial Portfolio Audits to ensure candidate aesthetics align with GBR's brand identity.
- Conduct behavioral interviews using the GBR Interview Toolkit to assess culture fit and Operational Drive.
- Coordinate and evaluate Technical Trials (e.g., design tests or copywriting tasks) before passing candidates to the Marketing HOD.
C. Employer Branding
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by promoting GBR Group's Engagement Plan to potential hires.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging Join Us social media content.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Mass Communications, or equivalent.
- Experience: 13 years in recruitment. Experience within a Creative Agency or fast-paced FMCG environment is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and basic design tools (Canva) for job posters.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
