Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating job offers. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other creative channels.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview arrangements.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Maintain updated recruitment records and candidate pipelines.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
- Handle recruitment-related communication in Mandarin, when required.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local labour regulations.
