Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, selection criteria, and hiring timelines.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate job descriptions in line with organisational and ISO documentation standards.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and feedback collection.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive new-joiner experience.
  • Ensure pre-employment checks and documentation are completed prior to confirmation of employment.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, labour laws, and ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Maintain proper recruitment records, interview notes, approvals, and hiring documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and complete recruitment records.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and quality.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring status reports.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Prepare periodic recruitment reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with HR team members on workforce planning, onboarding, and HR operations.
  • Liaise with external recruiters, universities, and training institutions as required.
  • Provide recruitment-related support for HR initiatives and projects.

Requirement

  • At least possess with a recognized tertiary education
  • Graduate or minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good interviewing, screening, and assessment abilities.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Stakeholder management and teamwork skills.
  • Data tracking and reporting capability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS/ATS is an advantage.
