Job Summary
A Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of a company. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, evaluating applicants, and managing the hiring process. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the job (Systems/Software Engineer).
- Conduct background checks and employment verifications to ensure that potential candidates meet our company's standards and requirements.
- Being able to work together with Senior Management to understand resource needs and maintain hiring plan throughout the year.
- Use various recruitment channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, MyFutureJobs (MFJ) and professional networking sites to attract potential candidates.
- Organize career fairs independently with support from HR Generalist.
- Understand salary trends in the market as well as in the context of RoviSys.
- Research staffing trends, establish systematic workflows, and recommend solutions to improve our company's recruitment practices.
- Being able to design job offers, draft offer letters and employment agreement and negotiate offers.
- Arrange and facilitate interviews with managers while implementing improvements to current interview process.
- Have general understanding of work pass requirements.
- Assist with onboarding coordination and general HR Administrative tasks.
- Support ad-hoc HR duties when required.
Requirements and skills
- 1-2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple hiring roles in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certification is a plus.

- Reports directly to Director, Enterprise Services of RoviSys Asia
- Works closely with HR Generalist
