Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and onboarding.
  • Evaluate applicants against job requirements through phone screenings, interviews, background checks, and other assessment methods.
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual and face-to-face interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Facilitate salary negotiations with selected candidates and prepare offer letters and employment documentation.
  • Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and complete recruitment records in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including candidate profiles, identification documents, certifications, and supporting documentation.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing channels, including job boards, headhunters, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment advertisements.
  • Create and manage engaging recruitment advertisements and employer branding content across appropriate social media and recruitment platforms to attract quality talent.
  • Support and participate in company initiatives, employee engagement activities, and other HR-related projects as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written Mandarin is preferred to support communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and candidates.
