Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and onboarding.
Evaluate applicants against job requirements through phone screenings, interviews, background checks, and other assessment methods.
Coordinate and schedule virtual and face-to-face interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Facilitate salary negotiations with selected candidates and prepare offer letters and employment documentation.
Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
Maintain accurate and complete recruitment records in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including candidate profiles, identification documents, certifications, and supporting documentation.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing channels, including job boards, headhunters, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment advertisements.
Create and manage engaging recruitment advertisements and employer branding content across appropriate social media and recruitment platforms to attract quality talent.
Support and participate in company initiatives, employee engagement activities, and other HR-related projects as required.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field from a recognized university.
Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also being a collaborative team player.
Proficiency in both verbal and written Mandarin is preferred to support communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and candidates.
