Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Executive responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across both corporate functions and retail/F&B operations. This role plays a key part in supporting business growth by ensuring timely and quality hires, building sustainable talent pipelines, and delivering a structured and positive candidate experience aligned with the company's culture and values. In addition, the role will support key HR operations, including payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, and learning & development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and retail/F&B roles, from job requisition and sourcing to interview coordination and offer closure.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-in channels.
  • Conduct screening and initial interviews to assess skills, communication, attitude, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely communication and feedback between candidates and stakeholders.
  • Handle offer management, including salary benchmarking, negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Support high-volume hiring and manpower planning for outlet openings and business expansion.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure proper documentation of hiring progress.
  • Improve recruitment processes and ensure a consistent candidate experience.
  • Assist in payroll-related processes, including coordination and document submission.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
  • Support learning & development activities, including training coordination, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Manage relationships with external training vendors or institutions.
  • Support general HR-related matters as required.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; exposure to retail/F&B hiring will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing both corporate hiring and high-volume frontline recruitment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
