Job Description:

  • Executing 360 recruitment cycle.
  • Assisting clients in end-to-end cooperation process.
  • Providing consultation and solutions to clients.
  • Sourcing candidates CV, filtering by interview and propose to clients.
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing until join date).
  • Maintain relationship and active communication with clients.
  • Maintain relationship with the candidates after placement.
  • Developing talent pipelines and networking.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-6 months internship period
  • Opportunity to be converted into full-time permanent roles
  • Passionate about recruitment and business development
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command in Bahasa Malaysia AND/OR also Chinese
  • Good team player and people management skills
