We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team and gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting various HR initiatives.
What You'll Learn
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the opportunity to:

What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment Support
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review and screen resumes based on hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and collect relevant information.
- Update candidate records and recruitment databases accurately.
Interview Coordination
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
- Send interview invitations, reminders, and related communications.
- Follow up on interview arrangements and feedback when required.
Candidate Experience
- Provide timely and professional updates to candidates.
- Respond to general candidate enquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
Recruitment Administration & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment trackers, records, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Support data collection and reporting activities.
- Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks.
Employer Branding
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Assist with social media content, job advertisements, career fairs, and campus activities.
- Help prepare recruitment marketing materials.
HR & Industrial Relations Support
- Assist with assigned HR administrative tasks and follow-ups.
- Maintain trackers and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain required information.
Other Responsibilities
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Provide administrative support to other HR functions when needed.
What We're Looking For
Education
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Students with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative capabilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible and professional when handling confidential information.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools will be an added advantage.
