We are seeking for HR Interns for our Global Talent Acquisition Team.
Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment activities, including basic candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates for selected roles through job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Maintain and update recruitment channels, applicant tracking systems, and talent databases accurately.
- Assist in recruitment projects such as campus hiring, job fairs, and employee referral programs.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding stage.
- Maintain accurate and timely tracking of recruitment progress and updates.
Qualifications:
- Fluent communication in English (written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a business-oriented mindset with the ability to understand hiring needs from hiring managers perspectives.
- Comfortable with basic candidate sourcing and screening for entry to mid-level roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of at least 3 months (12 weeks) or longer.
